Sent Communities

Gathered weekly. Sent daily.

We gather on Sundays as a whole church, then scatter through the week to live in community on mission together where God has placed us: where we live, work, and play. We call these Sent Communities.

Our Purpose

Sent Communities exist to display Jesus by pursuing Him together to make disciples.

Our Sent Communities are the primary place where our core value of diverse community is lived out. We pray they will be small glimpses of Heaven on earth, regularly gathering in their local neighborhoods while walking through life together as a diverse family. They are the front line for the mission we have been given: to get the gospel to our not-yet-Christian neighbors, serving as a front door to the gospel and to our church family.

What We Do

Three rhythms shape every community.

  1. Worship

    We are in the word and praying together. The power of God is accessed through His word and prayer, and we are unified by them. In our communities we boldly and regularly pray for one another and for the people God has sent us to.

  2. Mission

    We are sent to our not-yet-Christian neighbors, coworkers, and friends. We make disciples by building relationships, lovingly serving, and proclaiming the gospel. This is a primary reason our communities exist, and it means they will always be multiplying.

  3. Care

    We tend to each other's needs and help one another grow into full maturity in Christ. We care for each other physically, spiritually, and emotionally, speaking God's word into each other's lives in every area: Bible literacy, relationships, marriage, parenting, and the pursuit of holiness together.

How do I join a Sent Community?
